illustrators

I have been given the absolute pleasure to work with two amazing illustrators on this first story of Bartez.

The amount of work, effort, and time they put into making my nonsensical words into what you see across three volumes is something I will treasure for life.

Gale Galligan - Bartez Vol. 1 & 2

Gale Galligan is a cartoonist living in New York. She holds a MFA in Sequential Art from Savannah College of Art and Design, and her comics have been published in the Game Boss, Transitions, and From Sweet Tea to BD anthologies. Gale has worked on two graphic novel adaptations of Ann M. Martin’s The Baby-Sitters Club: Dawn and the Impossible Three; and Kristy’s Big Day.

When Gale isn’t making comics (such as her mostly-autobiographical webcomic, Patbird & Galesaur), Gale enjoys knitting, reading, and spending time with her roomies: Rabbits, Dipper and Serena, and gecko Lemon, and Patrick the husband.
